Our cookie mixes can be used to create regular sized cookies or larger celebration ones that are topped with seasonal designs, or as part of alternative Valentine’s Day ranges such as Galentine’s Day.

They can also take inclusions such as dried fruit, chocolate chip cookies, toffee sauce or Crembels.  They provide convenience in that there’s the flexibility to make a batch and freeze pre-made cookie pucks ahead of time and bake off fresh as required.  They can also be stored overnight in a sealed container to allow baked off cookies to go on sale the next day that taste as fresh as when they were first baked.  It’s easy to add a touch of indulgence to both flavours as they both work well with additional ingredients as well blending them together to create a bespoke marble effect.
